This is Module 1 of The Goddess Yoga Flow Teacher trainings and personnal immersions.
This is the booster, starter, activator, the RISING power.
The liberator, the ONE for AWAKENING to YOU. Learn to create space, freedom..so you can embrace this greater presence of the empowered Feminine in Your Life and so you clearly see what limited you, what can you release.

We will be helped and supported by Goddess Kali, Durga, Tanit (The Goddess from Ibiza), Isis, Lakshmi and Ganesha.

We will work with these deities to awaken their archetypical divine qualities within ourselves.

We will take our yoga practice onto a next level, where it will be a tool of embodiment of these empowering qualities.
How can a sequence take you closer to your own creative blossoming, how can a sequence take you into such a solid presence where all fears dissolve? That is what we will learn together, through sequences for each Goddess...and you will be practicing and learning how to share this with others.

THIS GODDESS YOGA FLOW MODULE IS ABOUT AWAKENING TO YOUR OWN POWER & EMPOWER OTHERS.

CONTENT:
Join us for 60hrs of transformative, inspiring, awakening celebration of the Feminine, with yoga, wisdom talks, meditation, movement meditation, dance, chanting, rituals and women circles.

Each day we open ourselves up to the energies, gifts, and wisdom of a special Deity. Such as Mother Earth, Moon Goddess, Sun God, Ganesha, Durga, Lakshmi, Saraswati.

 

DAILY PLAN:

(please note that this can change according to the groups needs)

10.00-11.00 Morning GODDESS Meditation & invocation and meditation & theory of each Deity. Invoking the Goddess energies

11-13.00 Goddess Vinyasa Flow..Awakening the sacred qualities within with ovement, breath, meditation, mantra, mudras.
13.00- 14.00 Lunch break
14.00-16.00 Sequence analysis, integration, sharing, breaking down technical bits and psychology, philosophy...
...Assessment, self work and creative exercises

16.15-17.30 Goddess Vinyasa Flow sequence practice,
17.30-18.30 meditation, closing, mantra circle. & Anchoring women circle at the end of the day.

 

Each morning you will be asked to practice the namaskar (Goddess salutation) we learned the day before.
 

+ extra workshops, rituals, teachings on how to offer women circles, holding sacred space, teaching and sharing from authentic space within.

It is possible to take this immersion as a personnal retreat, and also as a teacher training. In the training option you participate in the training sessions:where you will be learning many ways to facilitate the Goddess Power Awakening to others. Through techniques, sequences, specific rituals and practices. In the personnal retreat setting you participate to the daily yoga practices and excursions only and you have loads of free time to rest in between.

The GODDESS FLOW YOGA yoga practices will be mainly a soulful vinyasa flow, sometimes more active, sometimes more meditative flow.

In the 60hrs Goddess Vinyasa Flow module we work with the following deities & qualities: Mother Earth, Moon Goddess, Sun God, Ganesha, Durga, Lakshmi, Saraswati.

You can take this Module of  Goddess Yoga Flow training on its own, and deepen your practice, teachings and add the hours to continuous educational hours.  Or you can also build it up to a 200hrs TT or 300hrs program with Rise&Shine Yoga Ibiza by adding other modules. So it is possible to build it up to 200hrs Goddess Yoga Flow graduation.
