Our Package includes:

- Intake session with Kata 60min via zoom - prior to the training, where you share what you wish to work on.

- Daily teachings, yoga classes, theories, daily personal guidance on one on one with Kata and small group sessions

- Excursions : sunrise, sunset, meditation, beach visits in the break.

- Kata will dedicate private time to all participants to work on their own chosen topics with them, and create a plan for the upcoming months, to manifest.

- Monthly Follow up session with Kata for 3 month - individually (60 min each)

July 12-17 Each day: 8-am morning class- 10.am Yoga, meditation, awareness work, letling our creative juices flow

10-11.30 Brunch break (brunch on your own)

14-16.30 Afternoon Break for meals and beach

16.30-19.00 Session with tehory, coaching, assessements

19.00 Dinner
